What is it? The ReFresh Cleanse is a 1, 3, 5, or 7-Day full body reset (great for beginners or routine cleansers!). Whether you’re looking to boost your metabolism, start a new workout program or food plan, or reset after a weekend of binge eating, the ReFresh Cleanse is guaranteed to leave you feeling Reset, Renewed, and ReFreshed. The ReFresh cleanse will help increase your desire for wholesome ingredients and kick sugar cravings.
What comes with the cleanse? Six cold pressed juices per day. If you select a 5 or 7-Day Cleanse, you will receive one Superfood Smoothie of your choice or one Superfood Smoothie + one Açaí Bowl of your choice respectively.
Can I consume food or coffee during my cleanse? We strongly encourage you to avoid coffee and all food not included in the cleanse! If absolutely necessary, raw almonds, peanuts, bell peppers, celery, or carrots can give you a boost.
What do I do after my cleanse? Ease into a solid food diet with a plentiful amount of greens, fruits, nuts, + seeds (perhaps a smoothie or açaí bowl!). Remember to stay hydrated!
Celery Juice Cleanse
What is it? The Celery Juice Cleanse is a 3-Day detox that will help restore your body’s natural balance and glow. The Celery Juice Cleanse will help with bloating, breakouts, and digestive issues.
How do I cleanse? Drink one 12oz bottle of Celery Juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and one 12oz bottle of Celery Juice 2-3 hours later, consuming plenty of H2O in between.
What comes with the cleanse? 6 bottles of cold pressed celery juice.
Can I consume food or coffee during my cleanse? We suggest following a plant based diet (lots of leafy greens, seeds, and wholesome fruits + veggies) after drinking your first two bottles of Celery Juice each day.
